    Dear Sirs,

    I reinstalled WordPress and Backup Guard. However when i try to restore the backup it says:

    “SGExceptionMigrationError: You should install BackupGuard Pro to be able to migrate the website”.

    I am not trying to migrate the site, just to restore it.
    Please help me, I’m in real trouble.

    Dear @bradamante,

    Please, check if the prefixes in the database are the same during the restore process?
    In case they are changing, it’s considered as a migration, and you may get the error.

    We can check that for you if you share your backup log or the backup archive file via wetransfer.com link.
