SG plugins | Optimiser and Security

    Hi, been trying to active the Image optimisation, just get a blank light grey screen after toggling. Doesn’t turn on.

    Also Force HTTPS keeps failing.

    This is on a non SG hosted website, as the ones I have on there work like a dream.

    Is this a bug and waiting for an update as these SG plugins Optimiser and Security are quite new to wordpress websites, not on SG?

    Hello @pearsey,

    We understand your point but since the website is hosted on a different host it is not possible for us to troubleshoot the reported issue in detail. Our image optimization works flawlessly and we can only assume that something else interferes – usually another plugin or the currently active theme.

    Try reinstalling the SiteGround Optimizer plugin and if the issue still persists make sure to check out your browser console for any related error messages. Your host should also inspect the server and application logs for any relevant records that might point you in the right direction.
