    Hello,
More of a PSA than an enquiry. After updating my plugins this morning, my NextGen Galleries and SiteOrigin Widgets all stopped working; the widgets were out of alignment and the lightbox on the galleries wasn’t working at all. I deactivated SG Optimizer and everything works again. Just wanted to share this for anyone else experiencing similar issues – to save yourself some time, disable SG Optimizer first.

    Hey @boxcollider

I cannot find any galleries or widgets that don’t work.

Would it be possible to provide more detailed information, please? Like screenshots or something that will help me understand the issue.

Also, I don’t see the following plugins installed :NextGen Galleries, SiteOrigin Widgets on https://boxcollider.com

    Apologies Stanimir,
The site in question is actually ttk72.co.uk. The problem was, after updating SG Optimizer, that the lightbox functionality of the galleries didn’t trigger, and clicking an image directed to the image’s own page. The widgets were displaying down the page instead of across the page, but disabling SG Optimizer corrected all of those issues, so I’ve left it deactivated for now.

    Hey @boxcollider

I don’t see a difference when the plugin is enabled/disabled.

The galleries are working and properly display the lightbox.

    I’ve checked the following page:
    https://ttk72.co.uk/mixed-wood-designs/

Regarding the widgets, again, they stay at the bottom of the page with and without our plugin.

    Hey Stanimir,
You’re right! Yesterday morning, after updating the plugin, the gallery lightbox and widgets appeared broken, so I went through the process of deactivating and reactivating plugins to find the culprit. Deactivating SG Optimizer rectified the problem at the time. Today, I’ve reactivated the plugin and as you say, everything appears as it should, so whatever was causing the issue must have been temporary and coincided with updating the plugins. Thanks for taking the time to look at this.
