    Hello @stargirluae ,?

Errors in the SiteGround Optimizer interface are usually caused by conflicts with other plugins/themes.

I am afraid this is not something we can check from our side. In order to determine which is the problematic plugin, you should disable all of them one-by-one and refresh the SiteGround Optimizer Settings page after each deactivated plugin.

Let us know which plugin is causing the error and we will try to recreate it from our side. If needed, it will be reported to the developers for further investigation.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @stargirluae,

The notification in the admin dashboard is designed to notify you when our plugin detects duplicate functionalities with other plugins installed on your site. In your case, there is another caching plugin, thus the notice was visible on the admin page. Having two or more caching plugins is something we do not recommend, as it may actually decrease your site’s performance and lead to other issues. What we recommend is to use a single caching plugin.

With that said, such errors usually occur when there is a conflict with other plugins. In order to find which exact plugin interferes with SiteGround Optimizer, you need to temporary disable your other website plugins one-by-one, while refreshing the SiteGround Optimizer Settings page after each deactivated plugin. There is no need to delete any of your website plugins.

Once you find the problematic plugin, please provide us the name of the plugin and we will further investigate this abnormal behavior.

    Best Regards,

    Tsvetan Mitev
