SG Autorepondeur support

Hello,
i have to setup a popup from mailpoet to SG Autorepondeur.
After stting it with account parameters,
i get this error message at the bottom of the popup:

“Aucun résultat renvoyé par SG-Autorépondeur”
wich means in english
“no answer sent from SG…”

this problem is here this many month, so actually i have to continue to use mailpoet to make it work.
