    Hi anshul1304,

Can you install any other plugin? Moreover, what version of WordPress are you using?

If, by the way, other plugins also cannot currently be installed then I am wondering when the last time it was that you were able to install a plugin? And, of course, what was done to your site around that time?

If, on the other hand, you can install any plugin you wish except for ours then I will want to work with you so I can reproduce the issue myself. This way I can hand the bug over to Sean to fix.

Either way, thanks in advance for the report!

Oh, ps, one other thing to try is to disable all plugins and switch back to the default WordPress theme then try to reproduce the issue you are seeing.

    Sincerely,

    Randy

    Hi Randy,

Thank you for getting back to me on this.

I was able to install the plugin by downloading the zip file and transferring the folder on the server through SFTP.

To answer your question, I am using WordPress 4.2.1 and other plugins are installing without asking for FTP permission.

    Best,
    Anshul
