    I am an upgraded member with several client sites, and I use AIO on all of them. There is just one that doesn’t want to work with my SFTP setup to back the site up remotely. I have tried adding the settings many times, and still get this message:

    SFTP connection cannot be established! Please make sure that SFTP parameters below are valid.

    There are no plugins on this site that I’m not using in all of my other sites.

    Please let me know if you have any ideas for me to try. Thanks.

    Hi

    Please make sure that server outgoing connections on port 22 (this is the default one but could be different) are allowed. Some hosting providers block outgoing connections on port 22 via firewall and you need to contact them to explicitly allow those connections.
