I’m finding that using The Events Calendar alongside Yoast significantly increases page load times. WooCommerce Product pages increased from ~1.5 seconds to over 8-12 seconds TTFB.

Disabling either Yoast or The Events Calendar or both fixes the issue.

Any help tracking down a solution would be very much appreciated.

Hi @dubloons, sorry to hear about this. We’ve fixed this on version 6.0.3+ of The Events Calendar. I wonder what version you are using. Could you try updating it and see if that makes a difference?

Let me know how it goes.

    Best,
    Abz

We are on version 6.0.3 and are seeing the issue. Are you saying that updating to 6.0.5 should fix the issue?

Hi @dubloons, yes, upgrade it and check if that makes a difference.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

Let us know how it goes.
