When using the drag and drop feature of the form editor, I get severe lag between the time I click and hold the form field and the time the field starts actually moving. By severe I mean like 5-10 seconds, and if for any reason I let go during that time, the field doesn’t move at all. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or is there some setting somewhere that can fix this?

    Hi!

Could you please ask your hosting provider to increase memory_limit and post_max_size from php.ini file?

Thanks in advance, have a nice day!

    Thanks for the response.

To what values should these attributes be increased? memory_limit is set at 32M, and post_max_size is at 128M

    Please increase them to 512M.

    Thanks!

I tried this. The plugin still has the same delay when trying to drag and drop form fields.

I am sorry for the inconvenience you have faced.
Please note that our development team is working on optimizing this feature.
Meanwhile, you can use arrows instead of drag and drop feature in big forms.

    Thanks, have a nice day!
