Several WordPress plugin updates

Thanks for frame-buster update, denis (says she who can’t write the two lines of js….)

Hi Denis, great stuff as always! Just had a question in regards to frame buster. Should the plugin be updated for 2.0 to check to see if the current location is in wp-admin and if so load the frame, otherwise bust out of it?
