• I’m assuming this problem has to do with the WordPress 4.6 update.

Three of my websites, each using a different theme, have lost their themes on some pages. It’s weird because some pages will be correct.

On two of the sites, the home page was affected.

They become a white screen with a thin blue menu atop.

    Compare https://www.deitysmuse.com/videos to https://www.deitysmuse.com.

Additionally, Soundcloud player not showing in Firefox.

Are you using some sort of plugin that provides a “mobile theme”? If so, try disabling it and see if that solves the “blue menu” issue. The /videos page sure looks like separate mobile theme is involved. (If you use Jetpack, do you use the “mobile theme” module?)

Hi, Steve, yes, all my sites are mobile enabled.

Firstly, a correction. 4.6 was not the reason. The automatic updates had not gone off in two of the three cases.

    1. Site #1 – fixed by uploading a new theme.
    2. Site #2 – fixed by updating to 4.6.
    3. Site #3 – fixed by updating 2 plugins.

The common denominator is that by updating/uploading anything, it triggered a fix.

Anyone have any clues how that could be?
