Several things I can't get to work on my site

Ok, I’m trying to create a holiday lettings site, where renters can contact villa owners direct via a contact form.

My site is Bookabrainbreak.com so you guys can see where I am so far..

I’m struggling with several things;

I can’t change the main box on my homepage (responsive theme). I want to get rid of the text, photo and button and instead spread a world map across the entire box and add a couple of search boxes which will allow visitors to drop down search by country or by typing into a box the area they are searching for.

I can’t seem to work out how to do this or what this widget is called? All I can do is edit in plain text under theme settings?

Also, I’m using wp -properties to display my properties.
I can’t seem to get my head around the settings there. How do I structure the site so that I can have people search by country and then area?

The map in each listing won’t seem to appear and the phone number won’t go away!

I also want to add a contact form to each listing which will contact each individual villa owner directly, but I can’t seem to work out how to do this either?

Sorry, I know it sounds like I’m completely clueless, I’m just really struggling with these things. All the wp-property videos seem to be overlapping in the documentation so I can’t get help from them and I just feel a bit lost right now ??
