Several questions re Delicacy Theme

Hi there,
I just installed Delicacy on my site and while I already found a few answers here, I still have a number of questions. I realize there is a paid version available, if some of these things are part of the paid one, just let me know and I will buy that one.

Here we go:
– Can the width of side bar be changed, so the main column becomes a little wider?
– Can I avoid that each image automatically has a border? (Images in posts/pages as well as thumbnails/featured images)
– Is there a way to put the search field in red nav bar, instead of on top of it?
– Is there an easy way to have a horizontal opt-in form under the nav bar?
– How can I make the line ?comments closed“ disappear from pages?
– How can I have the first post show in full on the home page, rather than just an excerpt? (The other ones should remain as excerpts underneath.)
– How an I remove the page title (and date etc.) from certain pages?
