several questions / problems

I have the following problems with the ultimate member plugin:

– if a user uploads a profile picture or a cover picture, it suddenly disappears after a while. this also affects profile fields such as facebook, twitter and co.

only the website url and bio remain

– the page reloads when the registration form is sent. Is it not possible to issue a message here?

e.g. The form was sent successfully.

– when registering, i have the fields first name and last name.
if these are filled in during registration, they will not be accepted. the user is then registered in the backend without a name

– when clicking on “create new form” only a white page comes up

– only one widget ? I only get ultimate member search

– with us, a new registration must be confirmed by an admin. for this, an email is sent to the admin. how can i change the recipient email address or add another one?
we have several admins but only one should receive the mail
