We have bought the Pro licence, but there are several features we are not able to get working. 1) Challenges, the add button does not activate and therefore we cannot create challenges at this time. Documentation says coming soon, but we have the option visible on wordpress dashboard. Please tell us if its available or not, it is confussing. 2) when using custom fields, you mention it is possible to visualize results in different graphics—like charts and bars, where is that option? 3) Also, when user answers a yes and no questions, where is the log for those answers? do we get to graph it? it would be nice to have it work as a tracker, otherwise what is the point. Your example, if user sticked to the diet yes/no, there is no log for it either. It says admins and user can see the answer, but we cannot see it on either type of user. Please explain further.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Sorry, challenges is in place and working. The “Coming soon” message is in regards to me writing the documentation. Apologies. I’ll hopefully get that done over the next few weeks (struggling a little with time due to Covid).

As for custom fields on graphs, yes, when adding / editing a custom field, it has the option, for numeric fields of plotting it on a graph. If enabled, you should see the custom field plotted on the same graph as weight entries.

As for yes/no, as per all custom fields, when they are completed, they are assigned against a weight entry. Therefore, when you view a user’s weight entry for a given day (either as a user or admin), you will see a list of all fields completed.

    Hopefully that helps? ??

    Ali
