• I have been using FSCF for years but now I am facing some issues with an installation:

    1) “Warning: You have disabled the email address field on the Fields tab, you will not be able to reply to emails and the confirmation email (if enabled) will not work.” BUT that field is enabled and the confirmation e-mail works

    2) No redirect is enabled and the “thank you” message is always shown below the contact form (see: https://www.tecnoelettrasas.it/contatti/)

    3) it is not possible to enable Akismet for the form but the plugin is installed and working.

    I have updated bot WP to 4.1.1 and FSCF to 4.0.33, I have also tried to disable/enable the plugin but nothing changes.

    The form works but all the above-mentioned issues are very strange especially because FSCF has always worked perfectly for many WP installations.

    Hi mbrsolution,

    I am not sure if the problem started after updating WP and/or the plugins or was already present because my client had not warned me about any problem, so I just made some periodical updating.

    I updated the following plugins: Wordfence Security / All in One SEO / Akismet / Black Studio TinyMCE Widget / Count per Day

    After this I made a tour to check if anything was working and I found the error message in the FSCF panel. So I updated it to the latest version.

    Can you disable all your other plugins except this one and check again?

    All plugin disabled –> same problem

    Disabled FSCF / deleted all the files on the server / downloaded a new version from here / uploaded on the server / enabled the plugin –> same problem

    Really weird!!!

    Yes that is very strange because you said above that this plugin has worked before. Can you ask your host if they have made any changes to your server?
