several postcodes dont work

  • I am very glad i found this plugin and it helped a lot with what I need it for.

    Furthermore, there are several post codes which dont work. When i search for postcode “2000” i get no results. If i search for “2000 Lillestrom” i get the correct result. I get the same problem with several other postal codes.

    Is there any fix for this? Seems like a bug.

    It’s not a bug, ‘2000’ is pretty generic and will likely be used in different countries as well around the world.

    If your locations are only located in a single country, then set the map region on the settings page and then also check the checkbox below it. This will restrict the results to the selected country.

    You can also try to enable the autocomplete function, but doing this on a high traffic website can results in a bill from Google Maps, so be careful with that. You can set budget alerts to prevent surprises.
