Several issues not solved, need help or leave

hi! we’ve been facing several issues working with the plugin. We managed the designed of the site with Elementor plugin, in order to have Woocommerce plugin perfectly installed, we had to also add Woolementor to convine them both. I don’t know if this three plugins have uncompatibilities between each other, although everything is up to date, but certainly several things do not work propertly. We are trying to understand what causes these issues. Please have in mind that we purchased the pro versions of the plugins for best performance.
First, I assume that all the pages that Woocommerce provides (for instance the checkout page), all the possible modifications to do here, are mostly for coding, something only a programmer is able to do, which we are not, and was not the main idea for the project. So here I can find our first limitation, related to any mod in every Woocommerce page. Correct me if I’m wrong.
Second thing, is that, in spite of switching off “My Account” creation and “Checkout Login” from the Woolementor Widget, inside Woolementor plugin, in the check out process, it is necessary to make an account registration anyways, which we consider absolutely undesirable.
We made a try putting some product at the lowest cost in order to “buy it” just to see how it developed. Even though we had to make the registration anyways, made the purchase, but we never received any notification via mail.
These are some things to name a few, the actual feeling here is that, even though we did pay every plugin for the best performance possible, we think it works absolutely wrong every single step, and considering the importance of ecommerce processes, it should give more certeinty than doubt. To be honest we are feeling doubty to put this to work, thinking that we don’t want mayor issues involving clients and security procedures.
Please let me know your thoughts, and let me know what do I have to double check if I am missing something that makes this seem defectuous or unreliable, sorry if I am completely wrong. I will really apreciate any kind of guidance or help. Thanks.
