several image uploads are broken, no picture

    Hello,

    I’m working on a client’s site & I’m having issues with broken images uploaded. Neither the thumbnail nor the regular size works. I don’t have access to the php.ini file as it’s a shared hosting service and have tried adding define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); in the config.php file but nothing seems to work.

    Thank you for contacting us!

    Kindly check that is there Gallery-Bank folder containing three sub folders in WP-content of your WordPress.

    Sub folders named as :
    1.gallery-uploads
    2.album-thumbs
    3.thumbs

    If No, then create these folders.

    If Yes, then kindly give recursive 777 permissions to the Gallery-Bank folder which is present in WP-content.

    After that try uploading images.

    If you still face issue,then kindly let us know we will sort out your issue.
