Several Errors Relating to Multiple Files

So I was using multiline files successfully a few nights ago and the part of the reason was to integrate it into our overhauled contact form.

I had done all of the necessary changes and went about testing it to have it keep throwing back several errors that seemed to randomly switch – thus making it difficult to pin down the problem:

1. There was an error uploading the file. (shown in conjunction with One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again.)
2. There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

These don’t create an issue if I remove the files. However I was able to send it once with 3 files attached, and sometimes with 1 file attached. But it seems that is quite random.

I have updated the reCAPCHA v3 keys also.

The plugin versions I have:
– Contact Form 7 v5.1.1
– Multiline v1.5
– CF7 Smart Grid v2.10.0
– Date Time Picker Field v1.7.5

These plugins all relate to contact form 7, I don’t think these are conflicting as the issue only occurs if files are added, but as previously mentioned, sometimes those uploads have worked.
