11116 rows of wpseo_sitemap_XXXX_cache_validator

Hi,

I use multisite and some blogs have several entries in wp_options table of Wpseo Sitemap Cache Validator.

For example:
SELECT * FROM wp_XXX_options where option_name like “%wpseo_sitemap%”
Total 11116 rows

46679|wpseo_sitemap_372803_cache_validator|4BemY|no

I don′t use Yoast sitemap, it is disabled.

Is it safe to delete all entries of “Wpseo Sitemap Cache Validator”?
Why is it generating all theses entries if I don′t use sitemap?
