Several admin buttons not working

Hi, I’m having issues with buttons on the admin side of my blog. The Quick Edit button in posting, the Upload Theme button, and every gray box button beneath the posting field has gone dead. They look like they have been pressed, but they aren’t. The weird thing is this still seems to happen with all the plugins off, so it might be wordpress iteslf. Looking at console I see the following errors:
