Setup WP latest version using an old database

  • Hey,

    I have a number of WP sites and most have been hacked – I am wanting to upgrade all sites to the latest version but still keep the information in the databases – themes also if possible.

    Can that be done?

    Sorry for another reply but it was 2 weeks when I posted, I cant get this fixed / site setup – I have a few sites to upgrade and hopefully working after the hack.
