Setup Woo .mo -file in a Child Theme ?

Hey there..
Please can anybody tell me how to config a .mo file into a Child Theme for WooCommerce?
I tried it it with:
languages/plugins/woocommerce-de_DE.mo
and also with
woocommerce/i18n/languages/woocommerce-de_DE.mo
But both ways don′t work.. Any idea?
