    Hi,

    Thank you very much for the great plugin.

    My only question is that hpw can I setup the ctickets and additional services correctly.

    I added entry ticket for adults and childrens with shared capacity (total capacity: 100 tickets).

    But I needed to add also additional services, for example, parking possibility. I added it also as ticket and setup owned capacity for this ticket only (100 tickets).

    Unfortunately, if I check the event list, than I see 200 tickets are available, which information is deceptive, since the total capacity is only 100 places.

    Please be so kind and let me know, how can I add this payable additional services correctly, to show the right capacity in the event summary.

    Thank you so much for use our plugins

    If I understood correctly you have only 100 spots available.
    Those can be used for: Children Tickets, Adult Tickets and Adult Tickets + Parking is that correct?

    Our documentation has a very similar example, the only difference is that we’re using Senior Tickets instead Adult + Parking.

    Hi,

    Thank you, I understand the possibility of the shared capacity, but it doesn’t solve the problem of the additional services. Let me describe the situation wit mor details.

    For example, what if I have to sell parking places, dinner and also dance education above the entry tickets for the party? It is a very common situation.

    It is not possible to generate all of the ticket variation to sell all of the the additional option.

    But is I add these as separated ticket, than the total count of the tickets will be not valid.

    Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, right now we don’t have the option to add “extras” to the tickets, apart from the option Deblyn gave you. We know that this is a recurring scenario though, so I’ve submitted a ticket to see if we can implement this in the future. We currently don’t have an ETA for this though, but we’d be happy to let you know when this becomes available.
