Yes, as you may have noticed, the WupSales Reward Points plugin supports the accrual of Reward Points both for purchases ( https://wupsales.com/documentation/setting-points-as-a-reward-for-a-purchase/ ) and for promotions with the ability to set different expiration dates for points and notify users of accrual via popup or email. Moreover, all these parameters are easily configurable and can be optional.
In order to solve your problem you need:
1. Create a new auto-action company. Specify the name (Reason), the number of points reward for its execution, as well as the duration of this campaign
2. Now let’s add a trigger on which the auto-action will work. In your example, this is “New User” – the trigger for all new registered users.

3. In the Expiry Date field, specify the expiration date of the points accrued for this promotion – number of days. In your example it is 20.
4. Now everything is almost ready, to notify the user about the accrual, you can use Email or popup. In your example you want to use email, great click on the Send Email toolbox. Here you can specify the Subject, as well as enter the body of the letter, as in a regular editor. You can also add a “Shop” button so that users can go to the store immediately after reading the letter about the received bonuses.
You can also add a block “Reward points to the letter” – so that the user can see the widget of his accrual.
