I apologize but I’m sort of smushing two questions into one thread this time!

    1. I’ve added a series of events by adding dates throughout the entire year. Originally, the program ran from 3-4 with half an hour before and after for setup and take down. The increments before and after were added automatically when I created the event which was great. But the group has recently asked that we give them a bit more time which is no problem, the space is free. When I go in to edit each instance, I’ve noticed that the setup and take down increments have disappeared. They aren’t set to 1 or 0, it’s just blank. I did add them back but the calendar doesn’t reflect this, their setup and take down time is still missing and someone is free to book over top of it. Is this a glitch?

    2. We had gotten used to checking our event schedule on the back end via a calendar view so adjusting to searching for events via a list view has been challenging. Is there a solution to this? Even maybe another plugin that you feel works well with yours?

As is, our front end calendar only displays library events that we are partners for. This is so that it’s readable to patrons, otherwise it gets a bit crazy. But we’d ideally like a back end calendar view that brings together the events into one place so we can see what our day looks like.

  • Meetings (patron submitted, requiring approval) have setups/cleanups.

Events (staff submitted, no approval required) have no setup/cleanups and should by included in the time by staff.

The view you see is the only one available. Most calendar views are very hard to read. There is still a small calendar available for navigation, but I focus on the data readability, not the traditional calendar structure.
