    It seems, after the successful recurring payment the user cannot reach the related course.

    Hi,

    If you setup is 0 the course is lifetime access, you should setup the time fixed for each coure.

    It is a monthly subscription, so I mean, there is no exact fixed course time. If the users pay subscription fee or renew it, than they sould reach the course.

    I think you can set the time over 30% to 50% in real-time a user can finish the course. It means if the course needs 10 days to finish, you can set 13 or 15 days.

    Allow the lifetime access only should for free course.

    Hi,

    Sorry, but there is no finish, it is a subscription and the teacher add always new lessons to the course, the user pay monthly and they should reach all of the course active lessions until their subscriptions are active / paid.

    Hi,

    Another new problem on the website, that the Lernpress plugin doesn’t follow the setup, regarding to the subscription payments, however, we setup these based on the documentation. Some customer stopped the subscription payments, but their acces to the courses remain unchaged and active.

    I think because you set unlimit time before so they still access. Let’s check with the new user after change the time of the course.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the misunderstanding, but the duration / time of the course never was 0 (lifetime), it is 30 days from the beginning.

    The only change is that previuosly the “When the duration expires, the course is blocked.” option was checked, therefore after 30 days the course access rights were removed / blocked by the system, independent of the valid / piad subscription fee, however, the course and the subscription product was connected properly.
