    Hi,

I updated the plugin and I realised, that I need to enable the test mode to poup the box.

If I use 0 for cooky expiration day and I setup some page id, then the box doesn’t appear if I desable the test mode.
If I enable it and setup 1 or more expiry days, the box is always visible, independent of the expiry days…

Plese be so kind and help me, how can I setup it correctly,
    Thank you very much,
    Andrea

  • I’m not the plugin author, and I haven’t tried this..but you might get by with adding:

!empty($_GET[‘test’]) into the conditional field, then you could add the ?test=true to the end of whatever URL you would like to test, and the box will only show up on that page.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Joseph,
Thank you very much, but it shoulb be a misunderstanding. The plugin have an official test mode, I can setup it on the dashboard, the problem is that the plugin popup only in this test mode, see above.
But thynk you very much anyway,
    Andrea

    Hi Andrea,

Most likely the “hide box” cookie is previously set that prevents the box from showing. Updating the cookie expiration days doesn’t update any existing cookies as that would be quite hard.

Try clearing your browser cookies to see if that solves the issue.

Test mode: Will show the box if you’re logged in and the box rules are matched regardless of whether the “hide box” cookie is set.
