setup / options are gone

We cannot set up the installation as the tab content area is blank. I can see that this code put on: .coderockz-woo-delivery-free-vertical-tabs .coderockz-woo-delivery-maincontent .coderockz-woo-delivery-tabcontent {
display: none;
}

We have been using the plugin for over a year. But now we can not make changes.
