    The page is very out of date because UPS completely redid their developer system. I cannot figure out how to get started.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.
    We are currently researching and updating a new UPS authorization process for our product.

    It is still possible to generate the API key; however, the process is slightly different from the one described in our documentation.

    When you click on the Request an access Key, you’ll be asked to log in.

    After you’re logged, you’ll see the following screen:

    Please choose the second option:

    To get the key, you’ll have to link this to your account (or create a new one). If you have any troubles with your account number, please contact the UPS to obtain it.

    I keep getting the same error: There is a non-technical issue with your request, in order to resolve it you will need to complete and submit the requested information.Technical Support

    I tried a few different ways and keep coming back to that.
