I setup a number of different auto post templates for different products on my site. I put 1-~30 products per auto-post template. Today, I have just visited google my business and the same template is posting on a every minute cycle. I am not understanding something about the auto-post templates. Can someone help me understand what is causing this?

    Hi @gguldens,

I tried to contact you earlier regarding your premium license but I got multiple email delivery errors. Can you send me a message at [email protected] so we can investigate this further? As this section is meant for discussion of the free version of the plugin only.

The plugin is definitely not supposed to be sending out the same template/product every minute, but rather a maximum of one automatic post/product per day. I’m suspecting there is some sort of conflict causing an infinite loop. If it is still doing that I recommend temporarily disabling the plugin until we can investigate the cause.

@gguldens I received your message and confirmation that you have received my autoresponder mail, but still getting a delivery error on my actual response using my [email protected] email address.

Strange, can you give me a date and time that you sent the message–along with your timezone–so I can see what is in the MTA logs?

    Koen,
Looking through the logs, I found your message at 05:43:02 EDT-US.
Your email appears to be getting sent through helpscout.net. I whitelisted that domain.

I notice that there are 4 links, 3 to helpscout.net and one to wordpress in the message. the HMM filters in ASSP flagged the message as spam.

To answer some of your questions:
I am posting to GMB as “What’s New”, not to products.

I will get the server error log from php-fpm and see what is in there.

The LX-1866 is showing as rejected by Google. I opened a support request with them asking what the problem was since there is nothing to tell me the issue.
The text looks good on both the successful post and the rejected post. I am wondering if they are rejecting it due to the SAE and METRIC descriptions are identical other than the socket diameters.

Please try another email to my address and let’s see if my additional whitelisting allows the message to go through.

    Hey @gguldens,

I just resent the same message and its still getting rejected.

Well, for whatever reason, ASSP still thinks the message is spam.

I just gave your domain “noprocessing” status which is only the 2nd domain to get it.

Can you try again? I suspect it will go through this time.

Seems it worked this time, didn’t get a delivery error (yet)!

    Koen,
I have ~300 different products–which I am posting as whats new–on my Google my Business Account. I have been doing the posts manually, and that was taking massive amounts of time. I setup autopost templates and put ~30 products on each template.
I set the repost day and time to different times of the day and across all 7 days of the week trying to spread out the update load.

Based upon what I am seeing, I will need to add many more autopost templates and include about 6 different products per autopost template. I can set the different templates to post ~ every 28 minutes all 7 days of the week and then set the autopost time to post weekly in the same hour as the original post.

Does my explanation and thinking sound reasonable to you?

    Thanks,
    Greg Guldenschuh
