From what you describe I think a combination of Customer/Order/Coupon CSV Import Suite to import bulk orders from a CSV file and WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing lists for bulk order invoicing can help you achieve that.

Will the invoice plugin create one invoice for each order or will it allow to place multiple orders into 1 invoice. Ideally, I would love 1 invoice for all of them.
