Setup and Install problem

hi

i am trying to setup a multiblog install

my domain is info-247.com

i have uploaded and installed wp 3.1.1 to it and the MultiSite Domain Mapping Tool

i want to install several subdomain blogs using the single wp install
but i am pulling my hair out

i have created a subdomain losethebellyfat but cant get the plugin to configure

my host doesn not permit dns wildcards

i really need a dummies guide because i am a newbie and have wasted a whole day on trying to get this going

otherwise i will have to go back to the wasteful habit of installing wp in every subdomain
