Setup a challenges game/course

I’m thinking on ways to put together a challenge course which awards users based on how well they performed on it.

Each lesson/challenge in masterstudy would have a question the participant tells how well he/she did it, which converts to gamipress point like:
Nope = 0
Poor = 1
Ok = 2
Perfect = 3

Is there a way to do that with masterstudy questions + gamipress or I need something else to solve that puzzle?

Any advice is appreciated.
