Settings:Sharing:Available Services Missing Buttons No drag n drop

I can’t get any social media share buttons to work. I’ve tried different plugins, but when I go to Settings: Sharing: The only available services are: email, print, google, pocket…and I can’t even drag or drop them? I’ve searched everywhere to figure this out? I have no expierence to add my own? Please help me…thanks so much Here is my site.
