Settings/Set-up

I’ve installed and activated the plugin, but don’t know where to go from there to make it work. I can see the page when I log out from the admin, but when I try to login it sends me to the standard wp-login. I see the instructions at https://www.jfarthing.com/development/theme-my-login/, but I may need step by step help.
