I have two custom html blocks on this page, each of which has been made a group.

The top block is supposed to show on the two largest sizes. The bottom block is supposed to show on the three smallest devices.

This works until I use my iphone 11 max in portrait mode. Then both blocks show.

    What am I doing wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @papyrusdoc, thanks for reaching out. I took a peak at your site and I am noticing an error on very large screen sizes as well. Can you confirm that you have enabled the “advanced screen size controls” in the plugin settings? Doing so gives you the five size options. It sounded like you had in your ticket, but I just wanted to confirm.

We will get to the bottom of this!

Yes, I reset all to default settings, and then I enabled the advanced size settings.

Hi again @papyrusdoc, I unfortunately have been struggling to replicate the issue in my test environment. I did just check your website again and it appears to be working correctly. Is this what you are seeing as well?

If the blocks with visibility controls are still not appearing like you want, please let me know and I will keep digging!

    Thanks,

    Nick

Thank you for your help. I think it might be a caching issue now. I deleted and remade the blocks. They are working on emulators, but my phone seems to not reload even when I delete the cache. This page: https://waterefining.com/indoor-sulfur-aerator/ is the only page that I am still having trouble with on my phone. I will check tomorrow to see if the cache has cleared by then.

Ok cool, for what it’s worth, I just tested on my iPhone and all seems to look good!

If you continue to experience issues tomorrow, just let me know and we’ll figure it out.

    Best,
    Nick
