Settings won’t save at all

    Hello!

    I’m trying to edit a website that wasn’t originally created by me, and I noticed that when I edit the settings and choose ‘Save Settings,’ nothing happens. There’s no error or anything, and the settings don’t change.

    I temporarily deactivated the plugin and reactivated it, but it didn’t help. What could I do?”

    Hi @harhis , you are using atleast 2 to 3 years old version, please upgrade the version, the issue should resolve, and as you are using pro version, please create a support ticket by emailing us at [email protected]

    Okay, thank you!I was wondering why everything looks different from the instructions ?? WordPress didn’t complain about the version updates, so I didn’t realize it had changed. But thanks a lot for your help!

    Great, actually this is not available on www.remarpro.com that is the reason, you have to download it from your Envato account.
