Settings with WPML

Hello,
I plan to buy your plugin because the editor of the plugin called “WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options” said that it is compatible with yours.
But for the moment I try your free version and it is confusing how to setup with WPML.
Before to activate your plugin we have this option for WPML and Woocommerce multi Currency:

After activation of your plugin, there is no interaction between WPML/woocommerce multi currency and your plugin.
So how to set up please?

My default currency is EUR (second currency is USD)
My default language site is English (second language is french)
