Settings will not save hashtag preference

  • Hello,
    I’m using the Instagram Image Gallery plugin (ver 1.0.3)
    When I select “My feed” and enter a username the “Save Changes” works fine.
    But when I select “hashtag” in the pulldown menu (although it shows in the preview that the widget will display images with the selected hashtag), when I save changes it switches back to “my feed”.

    How do i get the widget to display images with a certain hashtag?

  • I am having the same issue. This is the only plugin that seemed to offer what I was looking for but it’s not working correctly. Bummer.

    I have this problem too. I have the plugin activated in separate sites in a multisite and some I want to use the feed and others hashtags depending on what I want to accomplish but getting it to save my settings is a nightmare. I’ve also noticed that if you switch the hashtag you are searching for it often doesn’t save either. Anyone find a workaround?
