Settings UI resets after save

  • After saving settings, if I navigate back to Settings->Heart Beat Control, the UI resets to all options being “Allow Heartbeat”. I can see the settings have been set in the wp_options table, they just don’t show up when reloading the Heart Beat Control setttings.
