Settings Tabs not working

I can no longer get to the settings in wordpress admin. When I click on the setting option, the page loads. However the tabs at the top no longer work. I can still edit each snippet but the line numbers no longer show.

I went in to check the setting for line numbers and cannot get any of the setting screens to work.
