    Hello Elementor.

I believe you started having web browsers compatibility issues.
Safari and Fire Fox no longer respond.
    Chrome does.

Could you please fix this problem?

    Thanks!

  • Hi,
Our editor works best with Chrome, however, it does with other browsers as well.

Sometimes there are bugs and different updates that we cannot predict.
Making sure everything is updated for both the browser and Elementor, clearing cache, and Regenerate CSS usually helps.

We are noting everything going on after the latest update and working on debugging everything.

Thank you for letting us know!

    Thanks for your reply.
I do hope that you will be able to solve this issue.
I am working on an earlier MacBook Pro and Mojave and have to use older web browsers (Safari, Chrome etc.) since the newer versions do not render on older graphic cards. A terrible reality, but fact.
So, it would be a great shame if Elementor joins this fashion of rejection for older hardware and software.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the reply.

Please keep your version updated as we fix and release new updates for the bugs that we have encountered.

You can watch our changelog for the bugs and versions –

I am closing this topic, for now, please open a new one if the issue is not fixed within one week.
