Settings tab not visible!

Hi,
this is weird! Except of Setting first tab (Settings/Impostazioni) I can’t access any of the others tre tabs of the settings page!Those tabs appear empty! See this image:

I did all my works on a demo WP that works perfectly on the same browser! I’m using Participants Database 1.4.7 with WP 3.5
HELP ME! What happened to the settings tab? I don’t know what to do! :”'(
