Settings tab not showing FIX

  • Hi community,

    since apparently only professional developers work at 3xc I have come to show you the solution why the settings tab isn’t showing.

    Someone left an inline style of ‘display: none;’ on a div with a class ‘wrap wplc_wrap’, changing the display to block will show you back the settings page normally.

    And who ever is updating this plugin – don’t fix what ain’t broke. Stop with the unnecessary updates.

    Hi @bord1 ,
    the settings page of the plugin starts hidden because there is a loading process during which there is a loader. If everything load successfully then the settings page becomes available through js. Since you are familiar with source code it would be very helpful to us if you provide us information like the following in order to investigate and solve your problem.
    1) Is there any errors on browser’s console during settings page loading?
    2) May you check your php log for errors?

    @wpdev3cx My settings page is not showing — here’s an error when loading my settings page.

    Any suggestions?

    it seems like an issue related to your environment so please provide us your operating system version and which browser you are using.
