    Hello,
I am testing out this plugin on my test site and have only just installed it. The moment I click “Settings” I get “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I have deactivated all other plugins, other than WooCommerce, but this has made no difference.

An email came through to me with a link to access WordPress recovery mode and when I used it to log in and then went to the list of plugins, Virtual Reviews was highlighted in red and the following error message was displayed:

This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.

An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 244 of the file /home4/pngmitmy/public_html/testsite/wp-content/plugins/woo-virtual-reviews/includes/setting-row.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’

    Hope this helps.

    Regards, Bryan

    Wow, that was fast!
Have just updated and seems to be working fine now, so well done!

By the way, is there any way of deleting or at least editing any of the reviews I generate? I created some using the “Add multiple review” feature before I first went to settings, and would like to change the generic comments that were added.

    Best regards, Bryan

    Hi,

Currently, The plugin does not have nay option which can help you to do that. But you can go to Dashboard/Comments/ and choose the reviews you want to delete/Back action/ move to trash/ apply.
