Settings Page won't load

I installed this plugin then clicked on the Settings link. A new blank page opened. I tried refreshing the page and clearing Page Cache but nothing happened. When I uninstalled it, I got a strange text box in the middle of a blank page asking me whether I wanted to delete the maps and data – which I hadn’t created.
