    Hello,

since a couple of weeks the settings page of the plugin is blank. I didn’t have any issues until now since I set up the plugin before it happened. Now on one of my site I had to deactivate it temporarily and now I can’t connect it to the account anymore since the whole page is blank. Sources page as well.

This happens on two of my websites. On my third website that hasnt been updated it works (plugin version 3.7.2).

I already tried deactivating some of the more intrusive plugins I have installed but the situation hasn’t changed.

    Thanks in advance.

@epskymeeting sorry to hear about the issue. Would you mind providing us with a bit more information, specifically what’s your WP version? Plus, have you grabbed the latest version of our plugin?

Lastly, do you happen to log errors in your debug log? If so, can you email us your log at support[at]livechatinc.com (Attn: Integrations Team)?

For the time being, you can install LiveChat by adding your JavaScript code snippet to the WordPress footer (it can be located in the LiveChat app: Settings > Chat widget > Channels).

    Hi @livechat

I’ve installed the latest versions of both WordPress (5.3.2) and LiveChat (4.1.1).

PHP hasn’t been updated in a bit (version 7.0.33-0+deb9u3), don’t know if that could be the problem (I doubt it since the other websites run on the same webserver and the plugin on those works).

I don’t have access to the debug log as of right now, I’ll try to install LiveChat through JS.

    Thanks.

    Hello @livechat,

I found out my problem: seem that the page scripts do not run on Firefox Developer Edition nor on IceDragon (which are my go-to browsers at work).
Surely enough on both normal Firefox and Google Chrome those two pages work as intended. My fault for not trying other browsers first, but with Firefox Dev Edition I thought compatibility was a given.

Thanks for the support, have a nice day and an awesome 2020.
