• Hi

We’ve got a multisite setup and since updating SPAI to the latest version 2, our Administrator users aren’t able to access the Settings area.

Our system is running a plugin called WP-Ultimo in must-use mode that does a lot of the heavy lifting for site and user administration. We haven’t really run into compatibility issues with it and other plugins previously, SP image optimizer still runs fine.

With our Superadmin accounts, everything works as expected. However, as for the Administrator user level, they aren’t able to access settings page (it redirects them to an ultimo/no permissions page), and the navigation menu no longer displays.

As mentioned above, this has only manifested since updating to version 2, previous to that, we had been regularly updating the plugin as each version became available.

I’ve had a brief look at the diff’s between versions in the upgrades, but didn’t spot anything obvious. Was there anything introduced in the latest plugin releases that could of potentially cause this issue?

    Thanks
